Rocio Snowdy, Neighbor

Rocio works in the Neighborhood Resources Division (NRD) in the City Manager's Office. The NRD is based on the core belief that a strong partnership with neighborhoods will improve City services and strengthen communities. The program supports and empowers neighborhood associations, and facilitates effective communication between the community and City government. She serves as a liaison, advocate, and resource for Rockville residents. She works with other City departments to solve problems and address the needs of neighborhoods.
