Rockville Town Square Lights Up for the Holidays

An open house and tree lighting brought crowds to the shopping district on Thursday.

Ice skaters, carolers and Santa Claus rang in the holiday season at Rockville Town Square on Thursday evening as the shopping district in Rockville Town Center hosted an open house and holiday tree lighting ceremony. Holiday Tree Lights Up Town Square

Tree lighting festivities bring hundreds out on a chilly December night

Santa Claus and NBC4 sports anchor Lindsay Czarniak led the tree lighting ceremony, the Walter Johnson High School Choir sang carols and dancers from the Dawn Crafton Dance Studio performed on the plaza stage as hundreds turned out to mark the holiday season at Rockville Town Square on Thursday evening.
