Here are some safety tips and some special Halloween events
Halloween is nearly here! Why not take some time to ensure your little ghouls and goblins are safe and entertained? The Maryland State Highway Administration advises dressing your kids so they can see and be seen. Avoid dark clothing and facemasks that obstruct their view. Wear bright colors and use reflective devices like vests and blinking lights. Make eye contact with drivers when crossing the street. And be sure to be on the look out for cars traveling above the speed limit.
