Beall Elementary Capacity Study Approved by Board of Ed
The Board of Ed approved the Beall Elementary Capacity Study with a unanimous vote last night.
A resolution providing funds for a capacity study at Beall Elementary School on Beall Avenue in Rockville passed unanimously at a meeting of the Board of Education last night. The study is the next step in the Beall Elementary School addition project. It will be performed by BeeryRio Architecture + Interiors, a Maryland Department of Transportation-certified minority-owned firm, at a cost of $30,000. Beall Elementary was built in 1954 and last modernized in 1991. It was designed for about 500 students but currently has a projected enrollment of over 650.
