One Meat: Dumpling Dojo recently opened up shop in the food court at Westfield Montgomery Mall, Bethesda Patch reported. So, the newest offering at the food court is Dumpling Dojo's "baowich," a sort of open-faced bao (steamed bun), Bethsda Magazine's Carole Sugarman reported. Sugarman gave the baowich a good review: ...that baowich! Haandi will close its Fairmont Avenue location on Aug. 31 ahead of the groundbreaking of a 17-story high-rise that will have 236 rental units, 6,500 square feet of ground floor retail and more than three levels of below-grade parking.
