Friends of The Library Bookstore, open in Rockville since 2004 is run by the non-profit organization Friends of theMore Library, Montgomery County (FOLMC). The bookstore sells new and used items including a large selection of fiction books, children's books, textbooks, comic books, magazines, music and movies. All proceeds from the bookstore sales benefit the Montgomery County public libraries.

Friends of the Library, Montgomery County (FOLMC) and its 16 chapters in 21 branches advocates and raises money forMore the entire library system. This is done through book sales, literary luncheons with authors, art shows and other events.  

This money goes toward funding for children's library programs such as summer reading, teen summer reading and teen read week; new technologies such as streaming video; lively cultural celebrations; and much more.

The FOLMC is a nonprofit organization with offices on the third floor of the Rockville Memorial Library in Rockville Town Square, next to the Rockville Metro Station on the redline. The organization's Rockville chapter is located in the same building, in Suite 100.

Stocked with more than just books, Twinbrook Library has a meeting room, 24 hour book drop, 13 computers, wi-fi, copiersMore and printers. Still it goes beyond that. There are events for everything from knitting and Edgar Allan Poe to family story time and puppet theater. The library even hosts some live music, including swing, big band and jazz. It is situated next to the Twinbrook Shopping Center on Veirs Mills Road.
Rockville Memorial Library

Located in the Rockville Town Center, the library has a children's room, teen area, adult and reference areas.More Collection includes holding in world languages (Chinese, Korean, Spanish, Russian and Vietnamese).  The second floor contains the disability resource collection, two quiet study rooms, group study rooms, tutor rooms, computer lab and a public meeting room.
