United Synagogue of Conservative Judaism Seaboard Region

Founded in 1913, the United Synagogue of Conservative Judaism is an association of conservative congregations, with its main office in New York City. There are more than 700 congregations that make up the association in North America, and the Southeast Seaboard District's head office is in Rockville. The office assists local conservative congregations with education, youth activities, leadership development and maintaining congregational standards.
