<p>Serving fresh homemade Italian food in Rockville Town Square, Primo Italiano is cooking up great pizza, pasta and calzones, as well as hot and cold subs with Boar's Head deli meats and cheeses.</p> <p>Its sauces and pizza dough are made from scratch daily, and the pizza pro in the kitchen hails from Brooklyn, serving up pizzas made from a 16-year-old recipe. You won't find any dried out pasta stewing in steam tables or sad, leathery slices roasting under heat lamps here; everything is cooked to order, while you wait.  </p> <p>Beer and wine bottles are available for takeout (or dine-in with a $8 corkage fee).  A small selection of Italian grocery products and Boar's Head deli products can also be purchased separately.</p>
