Residents can call the number from 7am to 5pm Monday through Friday, excluding holidays, for non-emergency government information and services.

Customer service representatives speak Spanish, Korean, Chinese, Vietnamese and French and interpretation service is available for other languages.

Representatives are available to help residents find public facilities, file a complaint or service request, or learn how to sign up for a public hearing.
