poor poor excuse they lose payments and the female employees have smart mouths.Im on child support in montgomery county but my children live with me in D.C. and they cant find my kids mother i just want to know how is she recieving the payments? someone needs to step in and take care of this mess

Pathetic !!! Poor Service !!! Ask for help on something they messed up and there response, I believe from a lady named Mary-ann, was "Ill see if I can have your case worker call you tomorrow no guarantee."
Some one needs to go through that department and get rid of the lazy-useless employees.

They suck and there on the men side they say they look for the men and they dont. I have 2 cases open and dont see nothing but $136.85 for 3 kids shame shame. Now they cant find my checks havent seen one in 2 weeks and no answer or anything!

Piss poorly ran agengy. All non-custodial parents do NOT fall under the category of a dead beat parent. You have those like myself that do right by their children because it the right thing to do. And yet you are still treated like you are no good scum. Poorly trained staff and they act like they are helping you, but really they are not. Everytime I look up it's something going wrong with them. They act as if it my fault because they have an extremely hard time of keeping accurate payments records and are quick to place someone in errearages when it's clearly their fault. The left hand never knows what the right hand is doing. In addition, they take there precious time to stop a support order 3-4 months after the support was suppose to stop. This is completely unacceptable to have to deal with the crazy non-sense of this agency.

They suck! They never answer the phone and when they do no one has any information. How do you lose someones child support payment seriousely?!
This place is so frustrating im in a worse position now then befor i got my x on child support.
