Sample a range of hand-selected wines while nibbling on a delicious variety of tapas, such as ceviche, pizzetas and empanadas. </p> <p>Despite a carefully chosen number of varietals to complement the menu (eight by the glass), Jackie's pricing is a pleasant surprise, with full bottles of wine closer to retail costs than restaurant costs. What a treat to share a fabulous bottle of Argentine Pinot Noir for less than what you might pay for just two glasses elsewhere.  </p> <p>And should you be motivated to select a second (or third!) bottle, fear not.  Montgomery County law now allows restaurant recorking, providing for a delightfully different type of doggie bag.
