Homestead Studio Suites offers economical extended stays in the Washington D.C. and Montgomery County area. 

All the suites have kitchens with a refrigerator, microwave and stovetop. Cooking and dining utensils are provided. This includes an on-site laundry, and every room has an iron and full-sized ironing board.

Business support services include a workspace with a computer dataport and personalized voice mail. There is a one-time wireless internet fee per stay. Copying and faxing can be done for a small fee.

Off-site gym use is available on request, fees may apply.

Homestead is pet-friendly, with a $24 fee per day not to exceed $150. Weight, size and breed restrictions may apply.

Room service is provided for guests staying seven or more nights. Refresher services are available on request.
