Heritage Park Cooperation in Rockville  is a collection of 65 units federally subsidized housing units, which are located behind Orange Billiards on Rockville Pike. The current wait for a 2-bedroom apartment is 3 - 5 years. It has different size duplexes available all of them a light brown color with dark brown trim. It does not accept pets and only accepts applications in person at the leasing center.
