First rate customer service. They stand behind what they sell and go above and beyond to see that the customer receives the service and product they expect. We had a problem with a sofa we purchased and when the manufacturer failed to correct the problem after six months, Contemporary Concepts took the sofa back and refunded our purchase price. If you're tired of doing business with shoddy stores that give you the run around, it's worth a trip to this store.
