Bethesda Park Condominiums was once an apartment complex. Bethesda Park is a quaint and quiet garden style complex with 568 (one, two and three bedroom units). Each unit is individually owned.

The property is located Rockville Pike, I-270 and I-495. Want to retreat from the noise and chatter, take an evening stroll through this lovely community, which is surrounded by mature trees.

If it's too hot to take that walk, then enjoy a dip and the neighborhood pool. The community is surrounded on three sides by green space provided by Rock Creek Park.

Additionally, the management office maintains the grounds, makes building repairs, removes snow and updates the residents about the condo association and more.

Also, this is a kid-friendly community – plenty of playground and playground toys. For more information about Bethesda Park, check out its Web site or send them a friend request on Facebook. For after-hour emergency maintenance, call 301-421-4565.

Right now after no air and no hot water since Friday. I am very angry. I called emergency maintenance Monday b/c you cannot get through to property office. You cannot get thru to property office b/c they use a portable phone. So in each emergency situation there is no recourse, no information. People are in the dark figuratively and literally. Monday I was told a flipped needed to be switched to call PEPCO. Since utilities are in condo fee, me calling PEPCO does no good. I was told someone would call me back this has not happened. I just recalled and was told all power should be back on "maybe Friday". I have dealt with poor plumbing, I had months of mice but not being able to speak to someone when there is a problem is disheartening, dangerous and frustrating. If the office knows the phone dies - why not get a land line?? Put up flyers update, have a cooling station or relief area. We have elderly and children in the complex -who are fragile, they can dehydrate and die in this heat. I lost my landline phone service yesterday and my cell reception was affected - this is unacceptable. It seems like Bethesda Park doesn't care about the tenants.
