Rockville Community Nursery School (RCNS)  is a cooperative, parent-owned, non-sectarian school that offers a variety of morning classes for 2-, 3-, and 4-year-old children, as well as a parent/child class for young 2s. Some openings are available for September 2012; please call for more information.

An optional lunch program is also available several days a week for children enrolled in our 3- and 4-year-old classes.

Since RCNS is a parent-cooperative school, parents are encouraged to be fully involved in their child's experience, from taking turns assisting the teachers and children in daily classroom activities, to being involved in all aspects of school administration and decision making. We cooperate to provide the parental support that is vital to a truly successful educational experience, and forming strong, caring bonds among children, teachers, and families.

Our small class sizes ensure each child receives the individual nurturing and guidance needed to develop to his or her full potential. Perhaps best of all, RCNS provides a truly family-centered environment and a strong community for kids and parents alike.

Please contact RCNS at 301-340-7584 or through our website: http://www.RCNScoop.org
