I have never made an online purchase where the company repackaged the contents from the factory box as RWI did. I purchased brake pads which had a defect or a damaged clip due to the noise on the left front side after they were installed. I corrected the problem by purchasing OE pads. Since I supplied the pads to the mechanic I had to repay for the new pad installation. RWI would not pay for return shipping of the defective product and after several communications I finally received an e-mail from the CEO. His solution was maybe we can split the $12.35 in shipping.....Really.
