Dear Colleagues,

I am writing to share with you my plan to retire from the City on December 2, 2011.

Thank you for the privilege of working side by side with you in service to the Rockville community. I am very proud of what we've accomplished. You've all done so much to make these last seven years the most rewarding of my 33-year career in local government.

My wife Cathy and I plan to continuing living in Rockville after I retire.
