Suspect Arrested in Rockville, Bethesda Office Burglary Spree

Police say a Washington, DC man is linked to at least 10 office suite burglaries in Rockville and Bethesda dating back to January.

Andre Antonio Henry, 29, was arrested Thursday in Prince George's County and is being held on $50,000 bond, according to a statement from the Montgomery County police.

Police claim Henry broke into the offices with a screwdriver between Jan. 28 and April 15, and took electronics and other items—including a credit card, which police said he used to make purchases.

Police say investigators used surveillance videos and witness descriptions to identify him as a suspect. Charges against Henry include:

• Several counts of second-degree burglary for 10 incidents, mostly in Rockville
• Attempted second-degree burglaries for an incident in Rockville and Bethesda
• 6 counts of theft-related charges
• 3 counts of attempted theft
• 11 criminal charges pertaining to the use of a stolen credit card

• Spree, 7735 Old Georgetown Rd., suite 510, Bethesda
• Design to Delivery, 7910 Woodmont Ave., suite 300, Bethesda
• Councilor Buchanan & Mitchell, PC, 7910 Woodmont Ave., suite 500, Bethesda

Attempted burglaries were reported at:
