Police: There was illegal sexual contact with 15-year-old boy.

A Rockville teacher is accused of sexually assaulting a 15-year-old autistic boy and fleeing to Hong Kong to avoid prosecution, Montgomery County police said Tuesday in a news release

Yee Tak Sharon Kui, 25, of 100 block of Pasture Side Place, was charged with two counts of third-degree sex offense, sex abuse of a minor, and sexual solicitation of a minor, according to police.

Police said Kui taught at The Frost School, which serves children and teens with disabilities, autism spectrum disorders and related special needs. The school is on Aspen Hill Road, between Rockville and Wheaton.

The police investigation began Nov. 11. Detectives claim there was illegal sexual contact between Kui and the teen twice in November at the boy’s Silver Spring home when his parents weren’t there.

Police said information from the U.S. Department of Homeland Security suggests Kui may have fled to Hong Kong to avoid prosecution.
