Rockville Crime: Perfume Thieves Sought

The following incidents were provided by Rockville City Police. Arrests do not indicate convictions.

Arrests

700 block of Rockville Pike—A 37-year-old male was arrested for trespassing June 17 at 8:30 p.m. and on June 19 at 7:30 p.m.

2200 block of Veirs Mill Road—A 32-year-old male was arrested on charges of distributing oxycodone/acetaminophen June 14 at 8 p.m.

1300 block of Rockville Pike—A 54-year-old male was arrested on charges of possessing crack cocaine and drug paraphernalia June 21, at around 1:45 a.m.

1800 block of Piccard Drive—Someone found delivery packages June 16 at 11:46 a.m. taken from the 700 and 800 blocks of Ivy League Lane.

Unit block of Maryland Avenue—An SO power supply plug was taken from a kiosk between 8 p.m. June 17 and 7 p.m. June 18.

100 block of Monroe Street—A GPS was taken from a vehicle between 11:03 p.m. June 18 and 6 a.m. June 19.

1600 block of East Jefferson Street—A pair of designer sunglasses, a jacket, and an ID card were taken from an unlocked vehicle between 9 a.m. June 19 and 10:30 am. June 20.

1600 block of East Jefferson Street—Cash, a GPS, three bottles of cologne, a cell phone holder, a pair of designer sunglasses, a USB drive, and a mini refrigerator were taken from a vehicle between 10 p.m. June 19 and 9 a.m. June 20.

1600 block of Martha Terrace—An unattended cell phone was taken from an apartment complex gym on June 20 at 5:12 p.m.

14600 block of Southlawn Lane—Brick pavers were taken from a secured, fenced-in lot between midnight June 14 and 4:13 p.m. June 21. Once on the lot, the unknown subject removed brick pavers.

700 block of Dover Road—Cash was taken from an unattended purse inside a vehicle sometime between 7:30 and 8 p.m. June 21. Police said the vehicle had been towed and that when the owner came to pay fines and retrieve it, she discovered the cash was missing.

1600 block of Rockville Pike— Two females filled their bags with perfume bottles at a business at 3:14 p.m. June 22. Police said they were last seen heading toward Halpine Road.
