Rockville Crime: Hole Cut Into Roof of Business, Assault Arrests Made

The following incident information was supplied by Rockville City Police. Arrests do not indicate convictions.

Arrests

1400 block of Rockville Pike— A 22-year-old male was arrested on charges of second-degree assault, public intoxication, and intoxication endangerment on June 8 at 8:38 p.m.

Unit block of Currie Court—A 19-year-old male was arrested on charges of trespassing on June 9 at 3:52 p.m.

700 block of Rockville Pike—A 37-year-old male was arrested on charges of trespassing on June10 at 4:39 p.m.

400 block of Crabb Avenue—A 52-year-old male was arrested was arrested on charges of second degree assault on a police officer on June11, between 7:19 p.m. and 8:05 p.m.

 

Incidents

1000 block of Seven Locks Road— A hole was cut into the roof of a business sometime between 9:30 p.m. June 9 and 8:30 a.m. June10 Police said nothing was reported missing.

300 block of Howard Avenue—A wallet and cash were taken from a residence between 10 a.m. and 12:15 p.m. June 10. Police said a rear basement window was accessed.

100 block of First Street—Electronics, a pair of designer sunglasses, and a credit card were taken from three vehicles in a parking garage, between 11:30 p.m. June11 and 7:20 a.m. June12.

1700 block of Rockville Pike—An unattended laptop was taken on June12, between 8:20 a.m. and 8:25 a.m.

700 block of Oak Knoll Terrace—A bag containing an iPod was taken from a vehicle between 7 p.m. June13 and 2 p.m. June15.

1800 block of East Jefferson Street—A wallet containing cash and a bank card were taken from a laundry room at an apartment complex on June14, between 11 a.m. and noon.

300 block of Hungerford Drive—Police said a male took several bottles of men’s body wash from a business on June15 at 10:16 a.m. 

1200 block of Rockville Pike—Golf merchandise was stolen from a country club sport shop at 4 a.m. June16.
