Drug Arrests and Stolen Diesel Fuel Top Rockville City Police Reports
Arrests and incidents for June 5-16.
The following is compiled from crime summaries provided by the Rockville City Police Department. Arrests do not imply guilt.
Arrests
1000 block of Seven Locks Road: A 25-year-old man was arrested for possession of controlled dangerous substance paraphernalia between 11:30 and 11:33 a.m. on June 12.

West Gude Drive and Frederick Avenue: Two men, ages 21 and 23, were arrested for possession of a controlled dangerous substance-marijuana and possession of controlled dangerous substance paraphernalia at 12:53 a.m. on June 13.
Casey Lane and Garcia Lane: A 26-year-old man was arrested for an outstanding felony warrant (for conspiracy to distribute cocaine) from Loudoun County, VA at 8:05 a.m. on June 13.

Broadwood Drive and Henry Road: A 22-year-old woman was arrested for possession of a controlled dangerous substance-marijuana and two counts of possession of a controlled dangerous substance paraphernalia at 7 p.m. on June 13.
1100 block of Rockville Pike: A 40-year-old man was arrested for disorderly conduct at 6:30 p.m. on June 14.
800 block of Baltimore Road: A 46-year-old man was arrested for possession of a concealed dangerous weapon (a kitchen knife) at 8:21 p.m. on June 14.
Bernard Place and Clagett Drive: A 47-year-old man was arrested for possession of a controlled dangerous substance-cocaine at 9:06 p.m. on June 14.
Unit block of Maryland Avenue: A 49-year-old woman was arrested for obstructing and hindering free passage, disturbing the peace, and failure to obey a lawful order between 11 and 11:30 a.m. on June 15.
Incidents
2000 block of Veirs Mill Road: The complainant reported that an unknown subject entered her vehicle and removed her GPS as well as her front vehicle registration plate between 6 p.m. on June 5 and 1:21 p.m. on June 11.
Unit block of North Orchard Way: The complainant reported that jewelry had been taken from her residence while she was having work done between 10:30 a.m. on June 9 and 5 p.m. on June 12.
300 block of Martins Lane: The complainant reported that an unknown subject forced open his locked locker and removed three credit cards and U.S. currency from his wallet at a recreational facility between 2 and 3:30 p.m. on June 11.
Unit block of Maryland Avenue: The complainant reported that an unknown subject removed a laptop that had been left unattended on a table at the between 5 and 5:10 p.m. on June 11.
1700 block of Rockville Pike: The complainant reported that an unknown subject entered a store and posed as a customer between 3:20 and 3:24 p.m. on June 12. The subject removed a camera lens and two memory cards and fled out the front door of the business in an unknown direction.
Suspect description: The suspect was last seen wearing a red baseball hat and a yellow T-shirt.
14600 block of Southlawn Lane: The complainant reported that an unknown suspect or suspects removed diesel fuel from three commercial vehicles that were on a storage lot between 2:50 and 3:20 a.m. on June 13.
Suspect descriptions:
- A white male, 20-25 years old, 5 foot 8 inches to 5 foot 10 inches, 170 to 180 pounds, with very short hair and a medium build. Last seen wearing blue jeans, a black T-shirt and white tennis shoes.
- Suspect vehicle: A full-size—possibly a one-ton—pickup truck with an extended cab, dual rear wheels and a steel toolbox in the bed of the truck. The rocker panels on the truck stick out past the body. The truck also had lights on the mirrors, a backlight on the hitch below the bumper, and clearance lights on the cab above the windshield. No description for the driver.
200 block of Deep Trail Lane: An unknown suspect or suspects gained access by breaking out a side window at a residence between 11 a.m. and 4:01 p.m. on June 16. Once inside the suspect or suspects removed several pieces of jewelry.
200 block of Rockville Pike: The complainant reported that an unknown subject removed an iPad that he had inadvertently left behind on a bench between 7:15 and 7:30 p.m. on June 15.
