Arrests and incidents for May 21-June 9.

The following is compiled from crime summaries provided by the Rockville City Police Department. Arrests do not imply guilt.

Arrests

300 block of Lynn Manor Drive: A 21-year-old man was arrested on May 21 and charged with first-degree burglary, second-degree assault and theft for an incident that occurred between 2 a.m. and 2:20 p.m. on Feb. 9.

Unit block of Bouldercrest Court: An 18-year-old man was served an arrest warrant on May 25 for first-degree burglary, theft, malicious destruction of property and possession of controlled dangerous substance paraphernalia in connection that occurred between 1:30 and 4 p.m. on May 10 at the address mentioned above.

200 block of Richard Montgomery Drive: A 17-year-old male was arrested for possession of a deadly weapon (a knife) on school property between 12:30 and 1:06 p.m. on May 29.

Unit block of Research Court: A 21-year-old man was arrested for trespassing between 9:49 and 9:55 p.m. on June 4.

East Middle Lane and Rockville Pike: A 20-year-old man was arrested for possession of a controlled dangerous substance-marijuana and possession of controlled dangerous substance paraphernalia at 12:50 p.m. on June 5.

2100 block of Lewis Avenue: An 18-year-old man was arrested for possession of controlled dangerous substance paraphernalia and a second man, age 23, was arrested for possession of controlled dangerous substance paraphernalia and possession of a controlled dangerous substance-marijuana between 3:45 and 3:59 p.m. on June 5.

1000 block of Grandin Avenue: A 24-year-old man was arrested for theft, second-degree assault and failure to obey a lawful order between 1:54 and 2:40 a.m. on June 8.

Incidents

1200 block of Rockville Pike: The complainant reported that an unknown subject or subjects removed 13 golf flagpoles from a golf course between midnight on May 27 and midnight on June 3.

300 block of Congressional Lane: The complainant reported that an unknown subject removed a car remote and keys from his vehicle between 9 p.m. on June 2 and 8 a.m. on June 3.

800 block of King Farm Boulevard: The complainant reported that an unknown subject removed U.S. currency from two purses that had been left unattended in office cubicles between 10:30 a.m. and 3:30 p.m. on June 4.

Suspect description: A black male, 40-50 years old, 6 foot to 6 foot 2 inches, 160-170 pounds, thin build. Last seen wearing light blue jeans, a white button-down shirt, brown or fawn colored work boots, a white hard hat and a white breathing respirator mask. He was carrying a silver steel angle iron.

2100 block of Baltimore Road: The complainant reported that an unknown subject removed a cell phone from a backpack that had been left unattended in a locker room at a school between 4 and 4:55 p.m. on June 5.

Suspect description: A white male, 16-18 years old, 5 foot 10 inches to 5 foot 11 inches, 160-170 pounds, short blonde hair, light skin tone, medium build.

300 block of Charles Street: An unknown subject gained access by unknown means through a rear sliding glass door between 10:20 and 10:30 p.m. on June 8. Once inside, the unknown subject removed a laptop and a Metro Access card.

Suspect description: A black male, 16-25 years old, very short hair. Last seen wearing no shirt and pants of an unknown color.

100 block of Gibbs Street: The complainant reported that while at a nightclub, an unknown subject removed her cell phone sometime between 11 p.m. on June 8 and 1:01 a.m. on June 9.
