Arrests and incidents for May 24-June 3.

The following is compiled from crime summaries provided by the Rockville City Police Department. Arrests do not imply guilt. 

Arrests

1000 First Street: An 18-year-old man was arrested for possession of a controlled dangerous substance—marijuana, possession of controlled dangerous substance paraphernalia, failing to obey a lawful order and two counts of obstructing and hindering a police investigation on at 8:56 p.m. on May 28.

1900 block of Veirs Mill Road: Two women, ages 30 and 33, were arrested for theft between 1:30 and 1:40 p.m. on May 30.

1600 block of Yale Place: A 19-year-old woman was arrested for possession of controlled dangerous substance paraphernalia and trespassing; and an 18-year-old man was also arrested for possession of a controlled dangerous substance—marijuana between 2:27 and 2:53 a.m. on May 31.

700 block of Longwood Drive: Two women, ages 19 and 44, were arrested for possession of a controlled dangerous substance—marijuana and possession of controlled dangerous substance paraphernalia at 5:02 a.m. on May 31.

200 North Washington Street: Two men, both 20, were arrested for malicious destruction of property and trespassing at 4:18 a.m. on June 1.

200 Rockville Pike: A 23-year-old man was arrested for indecent exposure between 10 and 10:19 a.m. on June 1.

Incidents

Unit block of Maryland Avenue: An unknown suspect or suspects gained access by unknown means through a front door of an apartment sometime between 7:30 a.m. on May 19 and 1:30 a.m. on May 28. Once inside the unknown suspect(s) removed a laptop, U.S. currency, and a skateboard.

14700 block of Avery Road: The complainant reported that an unknown subject or subjects removed U.S. currency from a group facility between 7 p.m. on May 21 and 3:10 p.m. on May 24.

300 block of Martins Lane: The complainant reported that an unknown subject or subjects removed a padlock, a cell phone, a set of keys, and a ring from his locked locker, 05/28/12 between 2:45 and 3:15 p.m. on May 28.

Unit block of Maryland Avenue: An unknown suspect or suspects gained access possibly through an unlocked front door of an apartment between 2 and 6 p.m. on May 29. Once inside the unknown suspect(s) removed a video game console and a controller.

300 block of Mt. Vernon Place: An unknown suspect or suspects gained access by breaking a rear basement window at a residence between 11:30 a.m. and 3:15 p.m. on May 30. Once inside the unknown suspect(s) removed two laptops, U.S. currency and jewelry.

1200 block of West Montgomery Avenue: The complainant reported that an unknown subject or subjects removed a projector and a laptop from a party room at a hotel between midnight and 12:48 a.m. on June 3.

1100 block of Crawford Drive: The complainant reported that an unknown subject or subjects removed a cell phone that was left unattended on a bench while he was playing basketball at the park between 8:45 and 8:49 p.m. on June 3.
