Rockville City Police Blotter: Stun Gun Robbery Reported, Drug Arrest Made

The following incidents were supplied by Rockville City police. Arrests do not indicate convictions.

Rockville Citiy police said three robbers zapped their victim with a stun gun before taking his coat and cash over the weekend.

Police said the incident happened in the 700 block of 1st Street, just prior to 1:30 a.m. Sunday.

Police said the alleged victim, who was walking home, was approached, then chased by three males. Police said the alleged victm was tased as he was running. Police said the robbers took his jacket, cash and prescription medication and were last seen walking toward Maryvale Park.

Arrests 

200 block of Autumn Wind Way—A 16-year-old boy and a 20-year-old man were arrested on charges of fourth-degree burglary and theft on Nov. 13 at 11:45 p.m. 

100 block of Monroe Street—A 32-year-old man was arrested on a charge of violating a protection order at around 9:30 a.m. Nov. 15. 

Broadwood Drive and Farragut Avenue—A 31-year-old woman was arrested on a charge of possessing Suboxone with intent to distribute at around 8:30 p.m. Nov. 15.

1400 block of Rockville Pike—A 62-year-old man was arrested on a charge of disorderly conduct at around 4 p.m. Nov. 17. 

Incidents

200 block of Rollins Avenue—A suitcase, a tent, a hand truck and miscellaneous video cables were taken from a storage unit between noon Oct. 15 and noon Nov. 13.

1800 block of Cliffe Hill Way—Jewelry was taken from a bedroom dresser drawer sometime between 6 p.m. Oct. 24 and 8 p.m. Nov. 12. 

1100 block of Thornden Road—A laptop, an iPad, a cell phone, a checkbook, jewelry and cash were taken from three unlocked vehicles between 9:30 p.m. Nov. 11 and 7 a.m. Nov. 12. 

1400 block of Fallsmead Way—A laptop was taken from an unlocked vehicle between 6:30 p.m. Nov. 11 and 6 a.m. Nov. 12. 

900 block of Grand Champion Drive—An iPad was taken from an unlocked vehicle on Nov. 13, between 2 and 10 p.m. 

900 block of Lincoln Street—Loose change, two cell phones, a wallet and a credit card were taken from two unlocked vehicles sometime between 5 p.m. Nov. 11 and 3 a.m. Nov. 14. 

900 block of Baltimore Road—A basement door at a residence was pried open but no entry was made. The incident happened sometime between 10:30 p.m. Nov. 11 and 6 a.m. Nov. 13.

14900 block of Shady Grove Road—A band saw, a battery drill, copper wires and assorted tools were taken from a utility room storage door, which was pried open. The incident was reported at a construction site between 7 p.m. Nov. 14 and 6 p.m. Nov. 15. 

300 block of Baltimore Road—An unsecured leaf blower and an extension cord from a carport Nov. 15, between 8:20 a.m. and 3:30 p.m.

100 block of Redland Boulevard—An iPod was taken from a locked vehicle on Nov. 16, between 7:57 and 8:32 a.m.

300 block of King Farm Boulevard— Cash, a cell phone charger and five CDs were taken from an unlocked vehicle on Nov. 16, between 5:30 and 5:45 p.m.
