Rockville City Police: Disney Day Passes, Handgun Burgled from Rockville Residence

The following incidents were supplied by Rockville City police. Arrests do not indicate convictions.

Arrests

2400 block of Henslowe Drive—A 16-year-old boy was arrested on charges of fourth-degree burglary and theft, on Dec. 17 between 8 and 9:30 p.m.

Unit block of Church Street—A 24-year-old woman was arrested on charges of attempting to issue false documents with intent to defraud, conspiracy to issue false documents with intent to defraud, attempting to obtain money or goods by fraud, conspiracy to obtain money or goods by fraud, theft scheme, and conspiracy to commit theft between noon Dec. 18 and 2:30 p.m. Dec. 19.

600 block of Elmcroft Boulevard—A 29-year-old man and a 28-year-old woman were arrested on charges of second-degree assault at around 8:15 a.m. Dec. 18.

14500 block of Avery Road—A 14-year-old boy was arrested on charges of marijuana and drug paraphernalia possession at around 9:45 p.m. Dec. 19.

5700 block of Crawford Drive—A 47-year-old man was arrested on charges first-degree burglary, theft, and malicious destruction of property at around 4:40 a.m. Dec. 21.

Unit block of Maryland Avenue—A 31-year-old man was arrested for disorderly conduct at around 12:30 a.m. Dec. 22.

700 block of Monroe Street—A 27-year-old man was arrested on charges of second-degree assault and hindering and obstructing a police investigation at around 3:30 p.m. Dec. 22.

 

Incidents

Unit block of Maryland Avenue—Two cell phone charging cords were taken from a vehicle sometime between 9 p.m. Nov. 15 and 7 a.m. Dec. 16.

100 block of Halpine Road—A delivery package containing a cell phone was taken from a leasing office between 8 a.m. Dec. 16 and 10:20 a.m. Dec. 18.

200 block of Highland Avenue—A handgun and two Disney Day passes were taken from a residence at around 11:45 a.m. Dec. 16.  Police said a rear door was forced open. Police are looking for a white male, between 40 and 50 years old; between 6-feet, 1-inch and 6-feet, 2-inches tall; with a slender build. Police said the burglar was last seen wearing black sweatpants under a pair of blue jeans, a tan coat under a black leather jacket, with a pillowcase or towel on his head.

600 block of Smallwood Road—A purse was taken fro a locked vehicle sometime between 4 p.m. Dec. 16 and 6:30 a.m. Dec. 17. 

400 block of College Parkway—A vacant residence was broken into through an unlocked rear sliding glass door.  Nothing was taken from the property.

1100 block of Regal Oak Drive—A rear door to a residence was forced open at 12:18 p.m. Dec. 20. Nothing was taken.
