Rockville City Police: Car Tire, Wheelchair Rack Stolen

The following incidents were supplied by Rockville City Police. Arrests do not indicate convictions.

Incidents

2100 block of Baltimore Road—Cell phones were reported missing from unattended bags on Aug. 3, between 4:20 and 4:50 p.m.

100 block of Pasture Side Way—A change purse and an iPod were reported missing from a vehicle, between 5 p.m. Aug. 7 and 9 a.m. Aug. 9.

2000 block of Baltimore Road—A tire was taken from a vehicle between 9 p.m. Aug. 8 and 8 a.m. Aug. 9.

1200 block of Matthews Drive—Electronics were taken from a residence on on Aug. 9 between 7:45 a.m. and 12:45 p.m. Police said the house was accessed through a broken window.

200 block of North Washington Street—A wheelchair rack was taken from the rear bumper of a vehicle at around noon July 10.

300 block of Prettyman Drive—A jar of money was taken from apartment sometime between noon Aug. 10 and noon Aug. 11.

200 block of Long Trail Lane—Police said a male gained access to a home through an unlocked rear basement door on Aug. 11, between 12:16 a.m. and 12:21 a.m.  Police said the person left after being confronted by the resident. Police described the suspicious person as a white male, 30 to 35 years old, 5-feet and 10-inches tall, with a medium build and short hair. Police said the male was last seen wearing a dark jacket with a zipper and dark shorts.
