Report: Verizon Offering $10K Reward for Maryland Thefts

Rockville, Lanham and Annapolis facilities were targeted, The Gazette reports.

Verizon is offering $10,000 for information leading to the arrest and prosecution of a string of thefts at its facilities in Maryland, The Gazette reports.

A company spokesperson told The Gazette that $300,000 worth of equipment—such as FiOS equipment, tools and copper wire—were stolen.

The Rockville facility at 12277 Wilkins Ave. was broken into earlier this month; facilities in Lanham and Annapolis were hit in July, the newspaper reports.
