A former private school teacher and former Rockville resident charged with sexually molesting four boys will face trial in Montgomery County Circuit Court in June, The Gazette reports.
Nathaniel Morales, 55, has been indicted on 10 counts of sexually abusing four boys under his care, Patch has reported.
The Gazette’s most recent report —posted at Gazette.net—cited court records and reactions from local clergy.
According to The Gazette, Morales lived in Germantown and lived with a family in Rockville.
The alleged abuse occurred between 1985 to 1990. The alleged victims were teenagers at Montgomery County Covenant Academy, where Morales was in the school’s administration at the time, The Gazette reports, citing charging documents.
Police began investigating Morales in 2009 after a man came forward to say Morales had performed sexual acts on him beginning when he was 14 years old, The Washington Examiner reported.
