A Rockville elementary school teacher pleaded guilty Monday to inappropriately touching two girls, but he won't spend any time behind bars, WJLA reports.

The judge suspended all 12 years of his sentence, according to the report. Under the conditions of a plea deal, Krupica is not allowed to teach students younger than 16, the TV station reports.

Krupica taught fifth grade at Meadow Hall Elementary School in Rockville and has worked at the school since 2009.

In February 2013, he was charged with sexually abusing a minor and related sex offenses. The charges stem from allegations of two 11-year-old girls who claim they were forced to touch Krupica inappropriately while inside a classroom, Patch has reported.

and once again the MoCo Judicial system lets victims down. Why should he get a suspended sentence but the kids have to live with the memories of the abuse forever? My 13 month old daughter was raped and murdered in 1999 and she was the killers 2nd victim, yet he gets out of jail in July 2017, after serving 18yrs of a 25yr sentence. No 2 time baby killer should ever get out of jail.

"Krupica is not allowed to teach students younger than 16, the TV station reports." Let me see if I'm reading this correctly......he is "actually" going to be allowed to teach?? A textbook example of 'liberalism" run amok....the Judge should lose his or her job.
