Police to Charge Two With Stun Gun Robbery

The suspects stole a woman's purse as she attempted to enter her Americana Centre building.

Rockville City Police have obtained arrest warrants for two men who police say are responsible for as she attempted to unlock the front door of the building where she lives at the Americana Centre in Rockville Town Center.

Stephon R. Summer, 28, and Terrance J. Walker, 27, will face charges of one count each of armed robbery and second-degree assault and four counts of credit card crimes, according to a City of Rockville news release. The men have pleaded guilty to multiple robberies in Washington, D.C. where they are currently being held in federal prison.

Rockville City Police were called just before 12:30 a.m. on May 25 for a report of the incident at the condominium complex in the unit block of Monroe Street. The 28-year-old woman received minor burns to her neck, chest and arm from the stun guns. She was treated at the scene.
