Pedestrian Struck by Ride On Bus Near Rockville Station Dies
A Falls Church woman died after she was struck by a Ride On bus in Rockville.
A pedestrian died after being hit by a Ride On bus near the Rockville Metro station on Tuesday night, reports MyFoxDC.com.
The accident happened around 7:20 p.m. near the station entrance at North Stonestreet Avenue.
The Montgomery County Police Department says Anicia Caringal, 62, of Falls Church, VA, was near a crosswalk when she was hit by the bus. It’s unclear if she was in the crosswalk when struck by the bus as it turned into the station.
