Montgomery County Police: Sex Assaults, Burglaries and Armed Robberies Reported in Rockville
The following incidents were supplied by Montgomery County Police for Rockville and its surrounding area. Arrests do not indicate convictions.
A sexual assault was reported in the 12300 block of Parklawn Drive in Rockville, between 11:45 p.m. Tuesday, Aug. 6 and 1:30 a.m. Wednesday, Aug. 7. Police said the people involved know each other.
An aggravated assault was reported in the 5700 block of Crawford Drive in Rockville at 11 p.m. Tuesday, Aug. 13. Police said five males were involved.
A peeping tom incident was reported in the 13100 block of Elsdale Court in Rockville at 9:30 p.m. Tuesday, Aug. 6 . Police said a male was looking into the victim’s windows.

An armed robbery was reported in the 700 block of Longwood Drive in Rockville on Friday, Aug. 9 at 7 p.m. Arrested: Male, 21, from Rockville
An attempted commercial burglary was reported at Scandinavian Imports, 285 Derwood Circle in Rockville between 9:35 p.m. Wednesday, Aug. 7 and 3:15 p.m. Thursday, Aug. 8. Forced entry; nothing taken.

A theft from vehicle was reported in the 800 block of Grand Champion Drive in Rockville between 8 p.m. Thursday, Aug. 8 and 8:30 a.m. Friday, Aug. 9. The vehicle was unlocked.
Two men from Rockville were arrested after jewelry and cash were taken in a vehicle-related theft 3:13 a.m. Tuesday, Aug. 6 in the 8200 block of Kentbury Drive, Bethesda. An 18-year-old and a 22-year-old were arrested.
An aggravated assault with a knife was reported in the 4600 block of Pinetree Road in Rockville on Wednesday, Aug. 7 at 8:51 p.m. Police said the people involved knew each other. A 30-year-old man from Silver Spring was arrested.
An armed robbery was reported in the 14400 block of Bauer Drive in Rockville at 11:30 p.m. Monday, Aug. 13. Police said a female and three males were involved.
A residential shed burglary was reported in the 13400 block of Oriental Street in Rockville on Friday, Aug. 2, between 12:55 and 1:15 a.m. Forced entry; property taken.
An attempted residential shed burglary was reported in the 13300 block of Oriental Street in Rockville, between Sunday, Aug. 11 and Tuesday, Aug. 13. Attempted forced entry; nothing taken.
A residential burglary was reported in the 10000 block of Sterling Terrace in Rockville on Monday, Aug. 12.
