Montgomery County Police: Robbery Reported Inside Derwood McDonalds, More

The following incidents were supplied by Montgomery County police for Rockville and its surrounding region. Arrests do not indicate convictions.

An iPod was taken from an unlocked vehicle occurred in the 400 block of Mt. Vernon Place in Rockville on Thursday, Nov. 4, between 2 and 8 a.m.

Cash, a laptop, an iPad, a checkbook and a ring were taken in three vehicle-related thefts reported overnight in the 1100 block of Thornden Street in Rockville sometime  between Monday, Nov. 11 and Tuesday, Nov. 12.

An incident of graffiti occurred at the Barnes & Noble, 12089 Rockville Pike in Rockville on Tuesday, Nov. 12 at 7:30 p.m.

A strong-arm robbery occurred inside McDonalds, 15801 Frederick Road in Derwood on Monday, Nov. 18 at 3:45 p.m.

A cell phone was taken from an unlocked vehicle in the unit block of Infield Court in Rockville on Monday, Nov. 11, between 7:15 and 8:50 p.m.

A residential burglary occurred in the 17700 block of Olney Lane in Rockville occurred Wednesday, Nov. 13 at 2:57 p.m. No forced entry; property taken. 

An aggravated assault occurred in the 3000 block of Hewitt Avenue in Aspen Hill on Saturday, Nov. 16 at 1:05 a.m. Police said the people involved knew each other.

A strong-arm robbery occurred at Parkland Drive and Faroe Place in Rockville on Saturday, Nov. 16 at 1:15 a.m. Police said two males were involved.

A residential burglary was reported in the 4900 block of Baffin Bay Lane in Rockville on Tuesday,  Nov. 19. Forced entry; unknown what was taken.

A residential burglary occurred in the 4200 block of Landgreen Street in Rockville, between Nov. 12 and Nov. 19. Property was taken from a shed.

A sex assault occurred in the 5000 block of Aspen Hill Road in Rockville on Saturday, Nov. 16 at an unknown time. Police said the people involved knew each other.
