Montgomery County Police: Hilton, Little Caesars Burgled in Rockville

The following information was supplied by Montgomery County police for Rockville and its surrounding area. Arrests do not indicate convictions.

A commercial burglary was reported at the Hilton Hotel, 1750 Rockville Pike in Rockville on Monday, Sept. 30, between 9 a.m. and 3 p.m. No forced entry; property taken.

A purse and a lunch bag were taken from two vehicles at the Potomac Valley Nursing Home, 1235 Potomac Valley Road in Rockville, between 11 p.m. Friday, Sept. 27 and 7 a.m. Saturday, Sept. 28.

A commercial burglary was reported at Little Caesars Pizza located at 2092 Veirs Mill Road in Rockville on Thursday, Sept. 26, between midnight and 1 a.m. Unknown entry; property taken. Arrested: Male, 20, from Rockville

Three thefts from vehicles were reported in Twinbrook. All vehicles were unlocked and cash was targeted. Incidents were reported on Linthicum Street, Silver Rock Road, and Highwood Road.

Two attempted residential burglaries were reported on Goldsborough Drive in Rockville; Arrested: Male, 30, from Rockville:

  • 600 block of Goldsborough Drive on Wednesday, Sept. 25, just after 2 a.m. Attempted forced entry; nothing taken.
  • 600 block of Goldsborough Drive on Friday, Sept. 27 at 11:24 a.m. Attempted forced entry; nothing taken.

Five thefts from vehicles were reported in this beat, generally in the College Gardens neighborhood in Rockville. Four of the five vehicles were unlocked. Clothing, electronics, stereo equipment, and prescription medications were taken.

A residential burglary was reported in the 7800 block of Coddle Harbor Lane in Potomac between Thursday, Sept. 26 at 9:30 p.m. and Friday, Sept. 27 at 8:15 a.m. No forced entry; property taken.

A commercial burglary was reported at The Greater Washington Dermatology office located at 2401 Research Boulevard in Rockville between Sunday, Sept. 29 at 6 p.m. and Monday, Sept. 30 at 7:15 a.m. Forced entry; property taken.  

A residential burglary was reported on Monday, Sept. 23, between 8 a.m. and 5 p.m. in the 11800 block of Silent Valley Lane in North Potomac. Forced entry; property taken.

A residential burglary was reported on Monday, Sept. 23, between 8 a.m. and 2 p.m. in the 14900 block of Piney Grove Court in North Potomac. No forced entry; property taken.

A residential burglary was reported on Monday, Sept. 23 between 8 a.m. and 3 p.m. in the 14900 block of Dufief Drive in North Potomac.

A residential burglary was reported on Thursday, Sept. 26 at 2 a.m. in the 14400 block of Stonebridge View Drive in North Potomac. Forced entry; unknown what was taken.

A residential burglary was reported in the 11400 block of Twining Lane in Potomac on Tuesday, Sept. 24, between 10:15 a.m. and 12:30 p.m. No forced entry; property taken.
