County Crime Summary: Sex Assault Reported in King Farm

The following incidents were provided by Montgomery County Police. Arrests do not indicate convictions.

A sexual assault was reported in an unknown location in the King Farm Area in Gaithersburg on at around 8 p.m. Thursday, June 6. Police said the alleged victim was an acquaintance of three males. Police said the person was assaulted but managed to flee.

The suspects are described as:

  • A black male in his 30s, 5’6”-5’7” tall with an African accent, short dreadlocks, and partial tooth in gap between his two front teeth.
  • A black male between 25- and 30-years-old, 5’6”-5’7” tall, with African accent and short dreadlocks
  • A white male, between 5’3”-5’4”tall, who is heavyset, with long curly hair

A 17-year-old boy from Rockville was arrested in connection with a residential burglary in the 8600 block of Mayfair Place in Silver Spring on Friday, June 7 at 7:45 p.m.

A residential burglary was reported in the 5500 block of Alderbrook Court in Rockville on Monday, June 10 at  12:36 p.m. Forced entry; property taken. Arrested: Male, 48, from Washington, DC

A residential burglary was reported in the 900 block of Wade Avenue in Rockville on Wednesday, June 5 between midnight and 6 a.m. Forced entry; property taken.

An attempted residential burglary was reported in the 300 block of Dean Drive in Rockville on Thursday, June 6, between 11 a.m. and midnight. Attempted entry; nothing taken.

A residential garage burglary was reported on Tuesday, June 11 in the 100 block of Grand Champion Drive in Rockville.

A theft was reported at Seven Locks Road & Fortune Terrace in Rockville on Tuesday, June 4. The suspect is known to the victim.

A commercial burglary was reported at the Country Glen Swim & Tennis Club, 10055 Glen Road in Potomac, between 9:15 p.m. Saturday, June 8 and 7 a.m. Sunday, June 9. Forced entry; property taken.

A residential burglary was reported in the 13200 block of Tschiffely Mill Road in Poolesville on Sunday, June 9, at 10 a.m. No forced entry; nothing taken.

Police described the burglar as a white male, 5’ 9” tall at 165 pounds, with long gray hair, unshaven, and a silver hoop earring in one ear. Police said he was wearing blue shirt and tan pants.

A residential burglary was reported in the 4600 block of Aspen Hill Road in Rockville on Monday, June 10.
