Rockville City Police: Burglaries, Thefts and Trespassing Reported

Arrests and incidents through Feb. 19, according to Rockville city police.

The following is compiled from crime summaries provided by the Rockville City Police Department on Wednesday, Feb. 20. Arrests do not imply guilt.

Arrests

2100 block of Wootton Parkway: A 14-year-old male was arrested for possession of controlled dangerous substance-marijuana on Thursday, Feb. 14 at 1 p.m.

500 block of College Parkway: A 36-year-old male was arrested for violating an Ex-Parte Order of Protection on Friday, Feb. 15, between 3:50 and 3:57 p.m.

600 block of Twinbrook Parkway: A 69-year-old male was arrested for burglary and possession of burglary tools on Sunday, Feb. 17 at 2:03 p.m.

Unit block of Mannakee Street: A 19-year-old male was arrested for indecent exposure on Tuesday, Feb. 19, between 2:30 and 2:45 p.m.

700 block of Rockville Pike: A 37-year-old male was arrested for trespassing on Tuesday, Feb. 19, between 5:40 and 5:45 p.m. 

Incidents

1000 block of Carnation Drive: An unknown suspect broke into a residence through a rear basement door window pane and proceeded to remove a desktop computer, a laptop, a tablet, a camera and jewelry. The incident occurred on Wednesday, Feb. 13, between 10:15 a.m. and 1:05 p.m.

1500 block of Rockville Pike: A complainant reported that an unknown suspect removed 50 toothbrushes from a store on Friday, Feb. 15 at 1:35 p.m.

Suspect Description: A 25- to 27-year-old white male with short black hair, a thin build, a height between 6 feet and 6-foot-2 , weighing 155 to 165 pounds. The suspect was last seen wearing blue jeans, a white dress shirt and a blue backpack.

800 block of Rockville Pike: A complainant reported that an unknown suspect removed a purse from the vehicle between 3 and 4 p.m. on Thursday, Feb. 14.

1600 block of Rockville Pike: A complainant reported that an unknown suspect removed a purse from the vehicle between 3 and 6 p.m. on Thursday, Feb. 14.

7400 block of Westmore Road: A complainant reported that an unknown subject removed a rear bumper from a vehicle between 1 p.m. Saturday, Feb. 9 and 8 a.m. Wednesday, Feb. 13.

16000 block of Shady Grove Road: According to the complainant, an unknown subject removed an in-dash navigation system from his vehicle between 10 a.m. Tuesday, Feb. 12 and 8 a.m. Wednesday, Feb. 13.

400 block of North Washington Street: The complainant reported that an unknown subject removed an unattended cell phone from a restroom in an office building on Thursday, Feb. 14 between 11 and 3 p.m.

700 block of King Farm Boulevard: The complainant reported that an unknown subject removed a cell phone from a table in a lobby of an office building on Saturday, Feb. 16 between 1 and 4 p.m.
