Arrests and incidents for July 21 to Aug. 4.

 

The following is compiled from crime summaries provided by the Rockville City Police Department. Arrests do not imply guilt.

Arrests

Unit block of Maryland Avenue: A 15-year-old boy was arrested on July 27 for a theft that occurred between July 26 and July 27.

500 block of Lincoln Street: A 51-year-old man was arrested on two counts of second-degree assault and obstructing and hindering a police investigation between 12:40 and 12:41 p.m. on July 29.

300 block of Martins Lane: A 19-year-old man was arrested on July 30 for a theft that occurred on July 29.

1200 block of Highwood Road: A 26-year-old man was arrested for violating a protection order between 12:15 and 12:21 p.m. on July 30.

200 block of Rockville Pike: A male of unknown age was arrested for theft between 1:50 and 1:59 p.m. on July 31.

1000 block of Seven Locks Road: A 55-year-old woman was arrested for second-degree assault, disorderly conduct, and alcoholic beverage endanger safety between 5:32 and 5:53 p.m. on Aug. 1.

600 block of Mannakee Street and the 15100 block of Frederick Road: A 13-year-old boy was arrested on Aug. 1 on two counts of armed robbery, seven counts of first-degree assault, two counts of theft and 11 counts of conspiracy to commit each of the listed charges for two separate incidents that occurred on July 31.

600 block of Harrington Road: A 13-year-old boy was arrested on Aug. 2 for one count of strong arm robbery, one count of theft, one count of using a credit card belonging to another, one count of theft under $1,000 and three counts of conspiracy to commit each of the listed charges for an incident that occurred on July 21.

1200 block of Highwood Road: A 53-year-old man was arrested for trespassing and for having an active Rockville City Police Department warrant for violating a peace order/failure to comply between 5:58 and 6:05 p.m. on Aug. 2.

200 block of Dawson Avenue: A 31-year-old woman was arrested for disorderly conduct between 4 and 4:30 a.m. on Aug. 3.

Unit block of Monroe Place: Two 20-year-old men were arrested for possession of a controlled dangerous substance-marijuana at 5:50 p.m. on Aug. 3. In addition, one of the men also was charged with possession of a controlled dangerous substance-Vyvanse.

300 block of Hungerford Drive: A 50-year-old man was arrested for disorderly conduct between 2:49 and 3:41 p.m. on Aug. 4. 

Incidents

300 block of Martins Lane: The complainant reported that an unknown subject removed his wallet and debit card from an unattended backpack while he was at the park between 6 and 7 p.m. on July 21.

1400 block of Research Boulevard: The complainant reported that an unknown subject removed U.S. currency from a purse that was in an unsecured desk drawer between 1 and 1:30 p.m. on July 27.

200 block of East Argyle Street: The complainant reported that an unknown subject removed U.S. currency, an iPad, and a Bluetooth from a locked vehicle between 7 p.m. on July 31 and 5:30 a.m. on Aug. 1.

200 block of Monroe Street: The complainant reported that an unknown subject removed a computer tablet from a locked vehicle between 11 p.m. on July 31 and 10 a.m. on Aug. 1.

200 block of Rockville Pike: The complainant reported that an unknown subject removed a wallet, U. S. currency and an identification card from a desk in an office between 12:30 and 4 p.m. on Aug. 1.

100 block of Fallsgrove Boulevard: The complainant reported that an unknown subject removed two video game consoles, a VCR/DVD player, a television/VCR set, assorted CDs, and two GPS systems from a vehicle between 9 p.m. on Aug. 1 and 2 p.m. on Aug. 2.

Unit block of Choke Cherry Road: The complainant reported that an unknown subject removed three fire extinguishers from a garage that is under construction between 4:30 and 5 a.m. on Aug. 2.

13200 block of Okinawa Avenue: The complainant reported that an unknown subject removed a set of golf clubs, a golf bag, a GPS, two cell phone chargers, a driver’s license, U.S. currency and two prescription medications from a vehicle on between 2:30 and 9:30 a.m. on Aug. 3.

2300 block of Henslowe Drive: An unknown subject gained access into a residence by unknown means between 11:30 a.m. and 6 p.m. on Aug. 3. Once inside the unknown subject removed a wallet, a driver’s license and four credit cards.

600 block of Azalea Drive: An unknown subject gained access through an unlocked door to an office between noon and 3:43 p.m. on Aug. 3. Once inside, the unknown subject removed U.S. currency from a backpack.

2300 block of Wootton Parkway: The complainant reported that an unknown subject removed a purse, U.S. currency, a driver’s license, a cell phone, and clothing from an unattended backpack at a swim center between 9:30 and 10 p.m. on Aug. 4.
