Unit block of Maryland Avenue: A 53-year-old man was arrested for disorderly conduct between 1:35 and 1:40 p.m. on Oct. 14.
300 North Horners Lane: An 18-year-old man was arrested for possession of a controlled dangerous substance—Endocet and possession of controlled dangerous substance paraphernalia at 9:57 p.m. on Oct. 15.

Unit block of Maryland Avenue: A 40-year-old man was arrested for disorderly conduct and failure to obey a reasonable and lawful order between 7 and 7:33 p.m. on Oct. 17.
1200 block Highwood Road: A 26-year-old man was arrested for violating an ex parte/protection order between 12:15 and 1:02 p.m. on Oct. 18.
300 block of Hungerford Drive: A 59-year-old man was arrested for theft at 12:23 p.m. on Oct. 19.
Incidents
Unit block of West Jefferson Street: The complainant reported that an unknown subject entered her unlocked office and removed U.S. currency, an iPad and a portable WIFI unit, between 6:30 p.m. on Oct. 16 and 2:30 p.m. on Oct. 17.
