Missing Toilet Paper

“To all users of the Building One Party Room Restrooms:

Toilet paper no long will be provided until the person who is stealing the toilet paper stops.  On average one to two rolls are stolen each day.

The toilet paper roller has been broken at least two times, because the person stealing the toilet paper rips the roller out of its holder.

Please advise your neighbor to “bring their own” until this activity ceases.“

The Leisure World of Maryland Greens 1, managed by Rev. M.Vincent Turner, is a  500 unit high rise condo building. “At least 70% of the occupants are over 65 and the median age is 75.”  He has a $3+ MILLION Dollar operating budget, recently completed a $2.8 Million exterior facade restoration project and will embark on a $3+ Million roof replacement project starting in 2014. Turner is  responsible for all contracting, financial operations and close at hand working with the board of directors.

One is left wondering why, with a $3.5 MILLION DOLLAR BUDGET, the Rev. Mr. Turner chooses to intimidate, harass and demean senior citizen residents by denying them toilet paper in THEIR community party/game room rather than spending $39.10 to install these: (see photo)
