Pedestrian was struck by car in Rockville- Looking for witnesses!

At approximately 3:30 pm Friday, April 4th, my daughter was struck by a car on Rockville Pike, Rockville, MD. She was crossing in the crosswalk of Federal Plaza. She was struck by a car and was hit on the side of her leg and she fell in the street. The women driver approximately in her 30's brown hair in a small car drove away and did not call the paramedics. I am looking for witnesses or if anyone possibly has a tag number I would really appreciate any help!! Please respond to this post if you have any information or happen to see anything.
