When you call a company requesting service, what do you expect? I for one expect promptness, professionalism, cleanliness and consideration of my home and my time. I admire someone who knows what he or she is doing and goes about it with efficiency and dispatch. Get in and get it done, so I can get on with my life. I appreciate a firm that checks back with me to insure my complete satisfaction after the ink is dry on the check and I have had time to reflect on what their serviceman did. Perhaps, because I am in the service business, I am more aware of the difference between good service and bad service and I’m not very forgiving of the latter.
