SOLAR ENERGY WORLD HOSTS FREE WORKSHOP ON FEBRUARY 1
Workshop to Teach Homeowners How to Save 50-100% on Electricity and Make Energy Profits

DEADLINE TO RSVP FOR FREE REGISTRATION IS January 28, 2013 ($20 at-door without RSVP)

Electricity rate hikes are expected from BGE, Pepco and other local utility companies this year but thousands of Maryland and DC homeowners aren’t worried one bit. “I didn’t pay anything for electricity from mid-March through October!” says Jim Mattingly a homeowner from Washington DC.  Rich Lechner from Pasadena states, “I really enjoy watching the BGE meter spin backwards.”  Candice Stankus, a Rockville homeowner says she is very happy with her home energy bills. “Last summer we paid nothing for our electricity, even with the air conditioning going full blast.”  What do these homeowners have in common? - They all get their electricity from the sun.

On February 1, Solar Energy World is hosting a free Solar 101 workshop for homeowners at their Maryland headquarters in Elkridge where homeowners will learn about solar energy, how it can be incorporated in their homes, and what the costs and incentives are for going solar.
