Ellouise
Schoettler (storyteller) - A long-time
Chevy Chase resident, Ellouise is widely
known for her heart-warming, humorous stories  which blend personal
experience, memories and history into tales which give voice to ordinary
people.  She performs her original programs coast-to-coast in varied
venues from festivals to colleges. Of special interest: Schoettler recently
premiered
her new one-woman show, Arlington
National Cemetery: My Forever Home, which is dedicated to her late husband
Dr. James A. Schoettler, at
the Women’s Military Memorial at Arlington.  Since 2010 she has introduced
three one one-woman shows at the DC Capital Fringe. Her latest Arlington show
received critical acclaim during the most recent Capital Fringe in July.
 In addition Schoettler
produces Tales in the Village, a monthly storytelling series at Friendship
Heights Community Center, Chevy Chase, MD. She is heard regularly as host and
featured teller on two weekly cable television programs, Stories in Time and
Stories in Focus, on Montgomery Municipal Cable TV (Channel 16).



Victoria Vox
(ukelele) – A
resident of
Baltimore, Victoria
has performed
around the globe to Australia, Europe, Canada, and across the USA.  She
began writing songs at age 10, inspired by artists Cyndi Lauper and
Madonna, primarily writing songs with the guitar. She went on to earn a degree
in songwriting from the
Berklee
College of Music (2001),
and then at 24 she was given a ukulele and never looked back.  She has been featured on NPR and is the
winner of numerous awards  including a
six-time Wammie
(Washington Area Music Awards) recipient. 
2013 sees the release of her new album, KEY. 
She will be performing with Katie Chambers on cello.  Katie has a Master of Cello from the  San Francisco Conservatory. The two met on Craigslist
and have been working together since April 2009.
