Sean Enright (poetry
and more)



Sean Enright was born in Washington, DC and lives in
Kensington, Maryland.  He is married to Ame Enright and they have two
children. Enright has taught fiction writing workshops in the graduate creative
writing program at the University of Maryland, as well as undergraduate
workshops there, and poetry workshops at the Writer's Center in
Bethesda. Recently, he published the novel Nearly True, and My People:
Selected Poems 1990-2012, both available on Amazon.  In 2001 his novel,
Goof and Other Stories was an Editor's Choice in The Baltimore Sun. 
Enright's poems and essays have appeared in TriQuarterly, The Threepenny
Review, The Sewanee Review, The Kenyon Review, Tikkun, and The American
Scholar, as well two dozen other literary magazines.  He was a
semi-finalist in the 2007 National Playwright’s Contest at the Eugene O’Neill
Theatre Center for his Lincoln assassination play, The Third Walking Gentleman.

who just want to make some healthy noise in the Blue Grass fashion. Steve
Gallagher on guitar, Michael Winch on fiddle, Owen McCusker on mandolin,
Madeline Waters on Cello, Marie Thorpe on bass and they all sing.
