This three part workshop is designed specifically for pre-teen/teen
girls ages 11-14. Each class, we’ll learn more about embracing,
celebrating, and taking care of our bodies. We will be flowing through
some relaxing yoga poses (especially great during the moon cycle),
making jewelry and art, listening to inspiring music and eating some
tasty healthy snacks. It will be a beautiful feminine practice designed
to awaken the inner goddess in everyone!
We’ll cover themes like:
March~ Goddesses of the Elements: Earth, Wind, Water & Fire (make bracelets in the theme of our favorite elements)
April~ Goddesses of the Moon, Stars & Sun (decorating beautiful candles)
May~ Zodiac Goddesses (collaging about our dreams, favorite things and loves)
