B.G. Muhn's "Accidental Reality" Exhibition

To say that BG Muhn’s paintings explore everything is not an exaggeration. His paintings float between abstraction and representation, between pixel and the mark of paint, between presence and absence. Often working from a matrix that includes iconographic images such as ancient Buddhist tangka paintings or prescribed propaganda imagery, Muhn presents a compelling contemplation on the power of the image and its infinite manifestations. Curated by Susan Main. An Opening Reception and Artist Talk will be held on Friday, March 8 from 7:00 to 9:00 p.m. Both events are free and open to the public. Admission to the galleries is always free.
