Event Description: While you can eat crabs at lots of places VisArts’ Rooftop Terrace is a unique and wonderful place to enjoy summer breezes, eat crabs with your friends, listen to music and then... engage in a creative and very ecologically friendly art project! The eating and art fun starts at 7:00 pm and the crabs will keep coming until 10:00. In addition to crabs we’ll provide corn on the cob, coleslaw, potato salad and watermelon slices. Beverages and a limited non-crab menu are not included in the feast price. When the feasting ends the music starts and will go until midnight. VisArts will provide cleaned blue crab shells and an instructor to guide you as you make a one of a kind Maryland keepsake! When the cold snow comes you can hang your blue crab ornament on your tree and remember summer’s sultry breezes and the great crab feast you went to!
