Conservatory Dancers in Concert

CityDance’s Pre-professional Conservatory dancers celebrate the culmination of their yearly studies—performing original work by the school’s world-class teaching faculty, Resident Artists Robert J. Priore and Asanga Domask, and guest artists from the OnStage series, such as acclaimed Israeli choreographer Ronen Koresh.

The conservatory is a
pre-professional training program directed by Lorraine Spiegler. Established in 2009, the Conservatory program enrolls 120 young dancers, ages 12-19 who study classical ballet, contemporary and other forms with a world-class teaching faculty.

The proceeds from the Year-End Concert support CityDance’s high-level dance training, world-class faculty, and strong bridge to the professional dance world.
